About Lincoln Place

Lincoln Place was built in 1978 and is owned and managed by Kathy and Loel Dean, with the assistance of their daughter Lorl Kapple. Lorl has been involved with the complex since graduating from college with a Marketing Degree. Her detailed knowledge of the buildings and the tenants ensures a well-managed complex.

Randy Kinghorn has rented with, and assisted in the management of, Lincoln Place for the past thirteen years. Randy and Lorl work together to keep our complex up-dated and in good condition. Our grounds are beautiful along with our constantly updated interior offices.
